We encourage any staff members currently enrolled onto a developmental apprenticeship to continue their studies, most providers should continue the learning, perhaps with alternative methods of delivery. For some staff, this may be a great opportunity to catch up on the ‘on the job training’ aspect of the apprenticeship. The government have issued advice that staff who are on furlough leave, may continue with apprenticeships and personal development.
